Dialog allows researchers to quickly find, organise, and share the right information through one-click options, all in the same interface.
This lets users perform cross-database searches, download results, save searches and create custom reports, improving collaboration and enabling organisations to create custom search workflows that meet their specific requirements.
In addition, search results are provided in a native qualitative XML format that integrates seamlessly into downstream workflows.
In addition, Dialog also features an integration with Article Galaxy from Research Solutions. This makes it easy to obtain full-text, copyright compliant articles within seconds, at the lowest available cost, directly from the Dialog search results page.
Search Management and Sharing
Dialog includes a shared searches feature that makes it easy for information professionals to create, amend and organise their searches.
You can then choose to make these searches accessible to Dialog users in the organisation via the Shared with Me workspace. This helps save vital time for information professionals as they can share those searches they regularly get asked to create. And for end-user researchers, they can instantly access and run the precision searches created by their organisation’s information professionals.

Dialog also includes the Dialog Alerts Manager, which lets users easily manage multiple searches and set up alerts. This allows researchers to save time and ensures they don’t miss out on vital information.
